Ondo Gender Office Kick-start Entrepreneur Training for 1,400 females in Ondo State.

  Ondo, EDC Partner to Train 1,400 Women on Entrepreneurship  A total of 1,400 women in Ondo state are currently undergoing a training program on various aspects of entrepreneurship.  The initiative is a partnership between Ondo state government and the Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University in Lagos.  At an opening ceremony, marking the beginning of the 3-day training in Akure on Monday, the state governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, said his administration is committed to empowering small scale businesses to drive the economy of the state. Aisha Buhari said on Saturday that she criticised her husband and threatened to withdraw her support for his re-election bid because of her “sense of justice.” She didn’t intend to confront or disrespect the president, she said in her acceptance letter to Vanguard Newspaper which made her its person of the year this week. NYSC gives update on 2018 Batch A orientation camp NEWS

The management of National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, has given update on the commencement of 2018 Batch A orientation exercise. The scheme in a statement on its official Facebook page, listed compulsory documents expected to be taken along by the corps members for the orientation exercise. The statement read “This is to inform 2018 Batch “A” PCMs to kindly note the following ahead of Commencement of the Orientation Exercise. i. Persons who studied in Nigeria should bring to camp: Degree/HND Certificates or Statement of Results, Personal Identity Card from Institution of graduation. Foreign graduates should bring for verification, original copies of ALL their uploaded credentials and travel documents including International passport. ii. Foreign graduates are to ensure that academic paper(s) in Languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly; both versions must be presented for verification at the camp. iii.
