LG poll: AA candidate wins chairmanship seat in River The Action Alliance candidate, Uzodinma Nwafor, has been declared the winner of the chairmanship election in Etche Local Government Area of Rivers State. The Chairman of Rivers State Independent National Electoral Commission, Justice Adolphus Enebeli (retd.), made the declaration on Sunday in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
